01 / The profile
Political instinct. Operator discipline. A builder’s network, on call when it counts.
Luke Melton is a strategist, operator, and crisis-response partner with more than a decade of turning trust into action. A Shaw High School graduate and Florida A&M political-science alum, he marched alongside Congressman John Lewis and organized for Black Youth Vote Florida.
When a cyber attack took Charles Booker’s U.S. Senate campaign offline, Luke rebuilt and redesigned the website—restoring the operation under deadline and pressure. After Isaiah Hugley Sr. was terminated as City Manager and came under attack by a political opposition group, Luke stabilized the campaign, led it to victory, and restored Hugley as the first Black mayor of Columbus, Georgia.
His network runs deep among developers, engineers, and builders, which is how strategy becomes shipped product: sites, automations, and outreach systems that actually run. On stage, he turns that hard-won experience into motivation for boards, teams, and rooms ready to act.
The through line is simple: read the room, build the coalition, and deliver.

“We didn’t just win a race. We beat an entire machine. They had the money. We had the community.”
